Randburg is mostly established housing, and a lot of what I’m called out for here is security steel and repairs.
Pedestrian and driveway gates, burglar bars, security gates for doorways, and a steady amount of repair work on steel that’s been in place a long time. Repairing is usually the right answer, a gate that’s sagging or a hinge that’s pulled out of a wall costs far less to fix than to replace, and the original steel is often heavier than what a new one would be made from.
Carpentry, painting and general maintenance too, for the houses where a list of jobs has built up.
